Our Steady and Strong classes are designed to help you stay active, independent, and confident in your everyday life. Exercise therapy is a powerful way to manage existing conditions, prevent future health issues, and feel your best at any age.

Through our tailored exercise program, you can:

Why Choose Steady and Strong?

Our Steady and Strong classes are small (typically 6-14 participants), ensuring every person receives personalised attention from our skilled physiotherapists. Whether you’re managing an injury, recovering from a condition, or simply looking to improve your fitness, we’ll tailor the exercises to meet your needs.

Here’s what to expect in your hour-long class:

  • A warm-up walk to get your body moving
  • Strength and balance-focused exercise stations for the upper body, lower body, and core
  • A relaxing cool-down with stretches to finish
  • We believe in making exercise safe, enjoyable, and effective for everyone.

Steady and Strong Class Timetable

  • Penrith: Monday 9-10am, Thursday 10-11am
  • Jordan Springs: Tuesday & Thursday 10-11am, Saturday 9-10am
  • Caringbah: Tuesday 10:30-11:30am, Thursday 10:45-11:45am

Beat It – Managing Diabetes with Confidence

In addition to Steady and Strong, we offer a specialised program for diabetes management: Beat It. Regular exercise has been shown to help regulate blood sugar levels, reduce the need for medications, and improve overall health.

We’ve partnered with Diabetes Australia to provide the Beat It Program, which includes:

  • Two exercise classes per week for 8 weeks, specifically designed for diabetes management
  • Six education sessions to help you understand and control your condition
