Can you refer me for X-Rays and MRI if needed?

Yes, MRI are private and most X-Ray’s are covered by medicare with a physio referral.

What areas of the body do physios look after?

Physio’s deal with bones, muscles, ligaments and nerves of the whole musculoskeletal system. They are trained to assess, diagnose and treat any musculoskeletal, neurological or cardiorespiratory conditions.  Our physios look after people with:

  • neck and back pain and injuries
  • knee pain and injuries
  • shoulder pain and injuries
  • ankle pain and injuries
  • hip pain and injuries
  • elbow pain and injuries
  • headaches
  • jaw pain
  • dizziness

We have team members who specialise in:

  • sports physiotherapy
  • dance physiotherapy

Do you treat workers compensation, third party CTP and DVA patients?

Yes we do, however we require a Dr’s referral and approval for any compensable patients

What should I bring to the physio?

For the initial assessment please bring any scans or referrals pertaining to your injury.

Is Physio covered under Private Health Insurance?

If you have extras cover as part of your private Health Insurance Physio will most likely be covered, we have HiCaps facilities which will allow you to claim on the spot and you will only have to pay the gap.

How long should I leave it to make an appointment after I have injured myself?

The sooner the better, this will reduce any chronic pain developing and allow you to start on the best course of action ASAP.

How do I provide feedback?
