Tina Chen is a skilled and compassionate physiotherapist who provides thoughtful, evidence-informed care that empowers her patients to achieve meaningful results.

Tina takes a hands-on and exercise-based approach, tailored to each individual. She is particularly passionate about helping people return to healthy, active lives following injury or in the presence of chronic conditions. Tina also enjoys working with children and young athletes, having gained valuable experience at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead.

At Jordan Springs, Tina runs our Strong & Steady exercise class and the NDSS-funded diabetes program Beat It, where she supports participants to build confidence, strength, and mobility in a safe and encouraging environment.

Tina holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Distinction) from Western Sydney University and is a proud member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.

She has completed further training in:

  • APA Sports Physiotherapy Level 1

  • APA Paediatric Physiotherapy Level 1

  • Dry Needling

Outside of the clinic, Tina enjoys running, playing netball, and seeking out Sydney’s best food spots.
