Why our small group classes are perfect for you

Sometimes life gets in the way.

We all know that exercise is great for us.  We write about that all the time.  But when you have not exercised for a while due to injury, or illness, or children, or work, getting back into it can be daunting.

Our small group exercise classes are perfect for you.  They are physiotherapist-led.  That means someone with expertise in injury and movement will be monitoring your progress.  With a maximum of  6 participants in each class, we are able to offer close monitoring and tailoring of our strengthening exercises.   Best of all, you will be working out with a group of lovely humans in a safe environment, wearing comfy clothes.

  • Can I claim on my health fund?

In most cases rebates are available, however, you may be required to have an individual assessment with the physiotherapist to determine your needs and set personalised goals.  Please contact your fund for more information.

  • Is there anything I should do to prepared?

You might like to book in for a Real Time Ultrasound assessment to determine how well you are activating your core muscles and to learn how to improve if you are not.  This is especially helpful after childbirth.

  • How much does it cost?

Classes are $30 each.  However, 12 class passes (with a 12 week expiry date) are available for $320 and 8 class passes (with an 8 week expiry date) are available for $215,

  • How do I book in?

Class sizes are strictly limited.  Ring our lovely reception team and discuss your needs.  We will work hard to get you into a suitable class as soon as possible.

  • When do the classes run?

Wednesday 7.30am

Wednesday 12.30pm

Saturday 8am

Saturday 9am

Saturday 10am

Classes run from the beginning of February through to mid December.

  • What do I wear?

Be comfortable, loose clothes are great, warmer in winter, cooler in summer.
