Ken Truong graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Distinction).
Ken’s hard-work and determination earned him an annual position on the esteemed School of Science and Health Dean’s Merit list. He was also a member of The Academy for Academic Excellence as well as receiving yearly invitations to join the Golden Key International Honours Society.
Ken’s passion in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy led him to The Healthy Body Company. He values patient-centered care and believes that education, empowerment, goal setting and active listening is vital to achieve the best outcomes. Ken also recognises the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to ensure that the patient receives holistic health care. To implement best evidence based practice, Ken incorporates a hands-on and exercise based approach.
Ken’s commitment to excellence was recognised at the 2021 Penrith Local Business Awards where he won the Young Business Person category.
With an interest in sports, Ken grew up playing basketball, softball, badminton, volleyball and other social sports. He also trained in taekwondo and parkour and understands what it is like to sustain an injury.
Away from work, Ken enjoys spending time with his family and friends, at the gym, playing badminton, hiking and playing video-games and board games.
