Jude enjoys his sport, playing cricket for Penrith RSL, basketball at Castle Hill and soccer for the Bankstown Dragons. As a keen sportsperson he understands the frustration of niggling injuries as well as the ones that can keep you sidelined for weeks.

His goal as a practitioner is to keep everyone as fit and healthy as possible, he aims to provide a holistic treatment approach that is tailored to each individual. As a practitioner Jude puts a great importance on education and understanding of the patient’s pathology and his aim is to guide each person through their journey back to optimal health.

Jude is a “hands-on” practitioner, he believes a strong assessment is the key to an accurate diagnosis and specific treatment techniques coupled with a tailored exercise program is the formula for success no matter who you are.
